We switched to the Optus Fusion plan about 18 months ago and we are more than happy with the results. Support has been petty decent despite a few phone transfers to India via deep space 9 .. Oh and they did once just transfer me to paid support to get a new password for the router? I quickly found another solution. Speed and uptime has been very good overall. We have never even gone close to the bandwidth limit. I'm not sure what else is on the market to rival this plan but with free local, national and mobile calls it's a very good service.
