Apple iphone 16 gig review
The 16 gig 3g Apple iphone sets a high standard for the others to follow. This is my phone of choice for the last 3 months and it has been a total pleasure in almost every respect. The quality is first class, it interfaces perfectly with my 27 inch iMac. A couple of minor points to consider, the camera is not as good as others on the market and it can be a bit funky to use with the touch screen. I'm using a leather case with my iphone and when its sitting vertical the touch keypad can be tricky to use with the keys right at either side, flipping the phone to the side spins the keyboard and the problem then goes away. Hands free operation is as good as any phones I have used. I have stayed with the Telstra $45 monthly plan and that seems to meet our needs, we have a small data allowance included that I seldom exceed. Things I use the most include the web browser and the handy weather application driven by yahoo.
Interfacing to the iMac was a breeze and working with itunes and iphoto is nice and simple. It's nice when things just work, interestingly the phone converted me from a PC user to a MAC so that says something.
